Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Bookings
All bookings that are prepaid online, including payments made via Klarna (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other available methods) or bank transfer, are non-refundable. Once the payment is completed, the reservation is confirmed and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Free Cancellation (Cash on Delivery)
Bookings made using the Cash on Delivery option are eligible for free cancellation. Customers may cancel their reservation without any charge prior to the scheduled pickup time. No payment is required in advance for these bookings.
